La Ronge hosted a Family Wellness Conference this week with numerous guest speakers and activities focused on mental wellness, cultural connection, and healing. Every June 21st, Cameco proudly recognizes National Indigenous Peoples Day. To celebrate this year, teams from across Cameco took part in a variety of events at Cameco's northern operations and local community events. We were privileged to honor the day. #NIHM2025 #NIPD2025.

Kayelyn Rasmussen, of Green Lake, recently finished a heavy-duty mechanic course with the support of Cameco’s Northern Saskatchewan Scholarship. "It really helped me financially because I had to drive half an hour, it really helped with gas. And if I needed new work boots or coveralls or anything like that, it really helped me too,” she says.
