Cameco is committed to a clean-air world. Last week, our team was pleased to be on hand with government and industry officials to celebrate the successes of the Saskatchewan Technology Fund. As one of 13 emission reductions projects in the province, transitioning to electric-powered drilling at our Cigar Lake mine will cut emissions by ~1,000 tonnes while creating jobs for Indigenous community members.

The future is nuclear. And nuclear needs future leaders. That’s why Cameco was pleased to participate in the World Nuclear University’s LEAD 24 program held earlier this week.
