After Cameco made a $1.5 million donation nearly a decade ago to the Royal University Hospital Foundation to start the process of creating this unique position in the College of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan, a nation-wide search led to Dr. King coming to the province this fall.

The September 6th Cameco Cares Concert, featuring Train, raised more than $200,000 to help fund a special infusion therapy room for Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation.
