A board with a mix of diverse skills, backgrounds, experience, gender and age is important for sound decision-making and good governance. To incorporate Indigenous perspectives and to reflect the communities where we operate, our diversity policy requires at least one director to have Indigenous heritage and be from Saskatchewan, and we have had Indigenous directors on our board since 1992.
