Our sincere congratulations to each scholarship recipient; we wish you a safe, healthy and very successful year of studies ahead.
Cameco is pleased to announce that thirty northern students are the recipients of the Cameco Northern Saskatchewan Scholarship for 2023 - a record-breaking amount of scholarships awarded. This scholarship program is one of the ways that Cameco seeks to make a positive difference in northern Saskatchewan. A grand total of $50,000 was distributed to the recipients representing sixteen different communities in northern Saskatchewan.
From a field of over sixty-five applicants from across northern Saskatchewan, these thirty students are energizing their futures through education in arts, sciences, education, medicine and the trades in Saskatchewan and beyond.
