Cameco was pleased to host members of the Pinehouse Joint Implementation and Engagement Committee and local land users on a recent visit to our Key Lake Operation. Guests were given firsthand tours of our ongoing environmental monitoring and progressive reclamation activities. Highlights included a revegetation trial at a waste rock site, and the work of Pinehouse Business North in restoring a natural waterway channel at a one of our monitoring stations. Working together and seeing these projects personally helps build a shared understanding of our commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible land management.
