Cameco Resources is a subsidiary of one of the world's largest uranium producers, Cameco Corporation of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. We are America's largest uranium miner, providing more than half of domestically produced uranium for nuclear power plants.

Our US headquarters is in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We have an exploration and development office in Casper, Wyoming. We own and operate the Smith Ranch-Highland uranium mine near Glenrock, Wyoming, and the Crow Butte uranium mine near Crawford, Nebraska.

Cameco is committed to increasing production. We have expansion sites in development in Wyoming and Nebraska. These sites will provide material to the central processing plants at Smith Ranch-Highland and Crow Butte for the increased production of yellowcake, which is shipped to other facilities in the US and Canada for processing into fuel rods for nuclear power plants.
