Environment Minister accepts comprehensive study track for Vision 2010 EA

Canada's Environment Minister Jim Prentice has determined that a comprehensive study is the most appropriate type of environmental assessment for the Vision 2010 project, based on a recommendation from the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) submitted in December 2008. The CNSC confirmed that it will move forward with the environmental assessment for the project, in a separate news release which can be found on the CNSC website
