On July 7 and 8 a two-day volleyball and ball tournament as well as a free children's festival is being held at the Jonas Robert Memorial Community Centre (JRMCC) in La Ronge to raise money for this year's Cameco MBC Radioathon on September 21.
The children's activities which include bouncy castles, face painting and carnival games will be held inside the community centre from noon to five on Saturday.
The Cameco MBC Summer Bash coincides with the grand opening of the JRMCC Sports & Cultural Grounds.

This year's Cameco MBC Radioathon will be held at JRMCC and will include a 50/50 raffle and silent auction.
Cameco will match all donations. Last year $625,000 was raised in support for the Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan.
