Cameco Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, December 3, 1996

Cameco Corporation announces today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 (Cdn) per share payable on January 15, 1997 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 1996.
