Cameco Provides Dates for Q4 Results and Conference Call

On Friday, February 13, 2009, Cameco Corporation will issue its news release summarizing the fourth quarter and annual 2008 results. In addition, we will post on this website the 2008 annual audited financial statements with the accompanying notes as well as supplementary financial information for the fourth quarter. Our 2008 annual management discussion and analysis will be posted on this website by Tuesday, February 17, 2009 before markets open.

Cameco Corporation will issue its news release summarizing the fourth quarter and full year 2008 results, unaudited financial statements and accompanying notes after markets close on Friday, February 13, 2009.

Cameco invites investors and the media to join its fourth quarter conference call with the company's senior executives on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. Management will discuss the financial results, the outlook for 2009 and company developments before opening the call to questions from investors and the media.
