Cameco Recognized for Outstanding Web Development

Cameco (TSX: CCO; NYSE: CCJ) has been recognized for outstanding achievement in web development.

On September 2nd, 2015, the Web Marketing Association announced winners of its 19th Annual WebAward Competition, bestowing Standard of Excellence awards for www.cameco.com in three separate categories:

  • international business
  • investor relations
  • other

“The bar continues to be raised in terms of website development trends in the online marketing community,” said William Rice, President of the Web Marketing Association. “Website design is constantly evolving to better meet the needs of the online audiences. This year, the WebAwards competition received remarkable entries from around the world that show impressive creativity and functionality.”

The 2015 competition featured more than 1,500 entries from 40 countries which were adjudicated in 96 industry categories. Entries were evaluated against the following criteria:

  • design
  • innovation
  • content
  • technology
  • interactivity
  • copywriting
  • ease of use
