Cameco Investor Relations Practices

We constantly strive to meet the highest standards in investor relations, and want to inform investors analysts and other stakeholders about our role, what services we provide and what guidelines we abide by.

Investor Relations is responsible for the day-to-day contact with investors and analysts by telephone and e-mail. We hold events for IR stakeholders such as road shows and investor meetings, and we regularly attend conferences and hold meetings with analysts and interested investors. We publish information about coming events here. Speeches and presentations are also available on our website during the events and/or as soon as possible afterwards. We strive to be accessible to all IR stakeholders, and to communicate openly and transparently, ensuring continuity and high quality in the information we disclose.

Questions are answered as long as they do not require the disclosure of inside information, conflict with considerations and competitiveness or are otherwise damaging to the group or Cameco. During a period of three weeks before the planned release of a quarterly or annual report (quiet period), we will not comment on matters related to our financial performance or expectations from the preceding quarter.

As a listed company, we publish financial results and make other company announcements to the public in accordance with legal requirements. Immediately upon release we:

• publish announcements on our website and social media
• arrange a conference call for the following day (this is always the case for quarterly releases, and occur on a case by case basis for all other announcements). Transcripts of conference calls, including Q&A, become available on the website a few days later.
