Cameco's retirement program assists employees towards saving for retirement. The program includes:

• Employee required contributions; and
• Company matching contributions to a federally regulated pension plan (RPP).

Both Cameco and employees make pension contributions based on a percentage of the employee's earnings. Regular full-time employees become members of the pension program as of their date of hire.
