Canadian-based Cameco Corporation is one of the world’s largest uranium producers.

Australia, home to the world's largest known uranium reserves, is now a big part of our plans for the future.

Cameco has been actively exploring for uranium in Australia since 1996 and we are involved in 22 exploration projects across the country.

Through joint ventures established in 2008, Cameco became the operator of two advanced projects – Kintyre in Western Australia and Angela in the Northern territory – which we hope to bring into production in the years ahead.

Cameco will succeed in Australia by creating safe, healthy and rewarding workplaces, protecting the environment and earning the support of local people.
