and research articles appearing in leading academic journals.

a bachelor of arts (economics) and a master of arts (economics) from
the University of Saskatchewan and a PhD from the London School of
Economics.
Currently
serving on the boards of Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, W. Brett
Wilson Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence, Agricultural
Biotechnology International Conference, Raj Manek Foundation for
Entrepreneurship and is a member of the Research, Development and
Commercialization Sector Team of Enterprise Saskatchewan.

Chamber of Commerce and the Consumers' Association of Canada,
